Emory Hanna
Hippie-tonk folk-grass
Bio
Â

Emory is a walkin’ tonkin’ ray of sunshine hailing from Abilene, Texas. She was crowned with a jet black Stetson in 2025 by her grandfather, the West Texas king of the honky tonks, Bob Hanna, in honor of carrying the family legacy from the dance floor to the stage.Â

An artist contained by no medium, she explores the boundaries of traditional country, Americana, folk, and bluegrass music.Â

She embodies the magic and charm of Austin, Texas. With a background in classical ballet, choir, creative writing, and theater, her life in the Western and the Hill Country regions of Texas has inspired her to share her passionate connection with the land and its people through music.

Emory Hanna with a guitar in hand is the perfect recipe for setting every room she walks into on fire.
